I’ve delivered workshops, coordinated projects and directed productions for a range of different organisations including Contact, Apples & Snakes, Creative Partnerships, Phoenix Youth Theatre, Meet the Somalis and various other schools and young people’s organisations.
I’ve worked with infants, children, young people and young adults from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities, including young offenders, NEETs, gifted and talented and mental health survivors.
In addition to working to briefs set by organisations and designing bespoke workshops for them, I also devise my own projects and programmes, mostly for schools. My areas of interest include performance poetry, drama (with a focus on forum, physical and hip hop theatre), environmental arts, creative writing and human beatbox.
